Back Squat 1 rep
Shoulder Press 1 rep
Deadlift 1 rep
 
You have the entire class time to complete the WOD.  Warm Up then declare your start on each lift.  You have three attempts to set a one rep max at each lift.  You can take as much time as you like on each lift, but must complete all three lifts before class ends.  
 
 
Cool Down:
Roll the glutes, hamstrings, low back and thoracic spine.
