Open Competition WOD 14.2
 
WOD:
3 minutes to do:
2 Rounds
10 x Overhead Squats (95/65)
10 x Chest 2 Bar
 
If you complete the round you will get an additional 3 minute bonus but the reps change to:
2 Rounds
12 x Overhead Squats
12 x Chest 2 Bar
 
And, continue adding 2 reps to the total for each additional bonus round.  If you finish the round before the 3 minute time limit expires you must wait for the next 3 minute bonus before starting the next round.
