Strength/Skill:
Snatch Balance to Overhead Squat
 
WOD:
16′ EMOM
Even minute:  6 x Snatch (115/75)
Odd minute:  12 x Wall ball (20/14)
 
Cool down:
Accumulate 3 minutes in the bottom of the full squat.  Use a bar or wall if necessary to help support yourself.
Scorpion stretch and banded shoulder stretches.
