Open Competition 2014 Begins!

Athletes competing in the Open in our evening sessions (6:00pm) will warm up and then complete the WOD.
Athletes who are not participating in the actual competition but are doing the WOD will complete organized warm up, strength/skill and cool down like a regular WOD.  If you are not submitting your scores for the Open Competition then you may scale the workout as appropriate.
