50 lunges
50 double unders
40 box jumps
40 burpees
30 pull-ups
30 air squats
20 T2B
20 power cleans (115/75)
10 jerks (115/75)
10 burpee pull-ups

**feel free to make this harder on yourself – scale up to weighted lunges, taller box jumps, bar over/facing burpees, C2B pull-ups, K2E instead of T2B, heavier power cleans or make them full cleans – this is on you to see where you’re at.
