Strength/Skill: Review squat, press and deadlift. WOD: CrossFit Total Determine the sum of the best three attempts at the squat, the press and the deadlift. There is no time limit other than all three lifts must be completed before the end of class. Warm up to your first of three attempts. The first attempt should be a weight you KNOW you can do for a heavy set of three. The second attempt should be a weight you KNOW you can do for a single rep. The third and final attempt is the weight you want to achieve based on the previous attempts. No more reps for that particular movement. After the three attempts you are done. Move on to the next lift. Your score is the sum of the best lift in each event. So, if you squat 185lbs, press 65lbs and deadlift 200lbs your score is 450. Cash Out: Mobility!
