10 x Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
10 x Burpees to Target **
10 x Wall Balls (20/14)
 
**Burpee target should be 6 inches above the athletes fingertips when the athlete is standing tall and arms are fully extended.
 
Cool Down:
Hurdler’s Stretches 4 x 30 seconds on each leg
Pigeon Stretch 4 x 30 seconds on each leg
