Front squat 6 x 3 (50-80%
Handstand Holds 6 x 30 seconds
Alternate between the 2 movements.
 
WOD:
5 Rounds for Time:
5 x Hand Release Push Ups
10 x Wall Balls (20/14)
15 x Box Jumps (24/20)
 
Cool Down:
Scorpion Stretches
Accumulate 3 minutes in the bottom of the squat.  Un-aided if possible.
