3 x Deadlift with perfect form.  Target is bodyweight, but any break in form requires a drop in weight.

60 seconds of wall ball (20/14)
60 seconds of goblet squats (53/35)
60 seconds of Kb swings (53/35)
60 seconds of rest
 
Cash Out:
Yoga spine twists.  Pigeon stretch.  Cat/cow.  Up/Down dog.  Hold each stretch for 30 seconds.
