Strength/Skill –
Work up to a 2RM bench press
alt w/
3 x 12 back rack barbell step-ups AHAP and as safely as possible

warm up KBS

WOD –
for time
150 kbs – weight should be based on being able to perform 25-30 unbroken and cold
**any break is a 5 burpees penalty
