Banded Shoulder Mobility
then
5 x 5 – Strict Press @ 60%

WOD –
16′ E2MOM alternate between
25 KBS
8 Burpees
and
40″ Plank
10 Calorie Row

0-2 minutes – 25 kettlebell swings and 8 burpees
2-4 minutes – 40″ plank hold + 10 calorie row
4-6 minutes – 25 kettlebell swings and 8 burpees
etc.
