Strength/Skill:
Bar Technique Work.  Today is all skill with the bar.  No weights.  Trust the system.
3 x 10 Hang Cleans.  First set receive the bar in 1/4 squat, second set 1/2 squat, third set in the full squat.
3 x 10 Hang Snatch.  First set receive the bar in 1/4 squat, second set 1/2 squat, third set in the full squat.
 
WOD:
Tabata Something Else
Pull Ups
Push Ups
Sit Ups
Air Squats
 
You will complete 8 intervals of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest on each movements.  So, you will complete all of the Pull ups prior to moving to the Push Ups.
 
Cool Down:
Doorway stretches and banded shoulder stretches.
Row 50 calories at a moderate pace.
