Deadlift:  3 x 50%, 60%, 70%, 80% & 90%
Alternate between the two movements.
 
WOD:

7 x Hand Release Push Ups
20 x Double Unders 
 
Cool Down:
Roll glutes, quads, hammies and calves.
Hamstring Stretches 3 x 30s each leg.
