8-Week Olympic Weightlifting Program at CrossFit Lobo

Tired of second-guessing your Clean and Jerk form? Want to increase your Snatch 1RM? Wish you had more time to dedicate to the Olympic lifts?

Beginning on September 2nd, Coach Kris will be leading a 8-week Olympic weightlifting program for 12 athletes.

For those who don’t know, Coach Kris has a USAW Sports Performance Coach certification, and he has been a student of Olympic weightlifting for 6 years. If you have been to one of his Olympic weightlifting seminars, you know Kris never misses an opportunity to teach and correct, then teach and correct again. 🙂 This is the perfect opportunity to spend not just one day, but 8 weeks with him to dial in your form.

If you want to truly improve your lifts, you have to dedicate time and attention to them outside of class. This is why we Coach Kris is offering this program for our Olympic weightlifting enthusiasts.

Here’s what is included:

  • Small group training sessions once a week on Sundays (90 minute first session, 1 hour follow-on sessions)
  • Individualized “homework” to work on during the week (customized based on each person’s skill level)
  • Closed Facebook support group
  • Iron Path app used to record lifts and track bar path
  • Up to 3 video submissions (per week) that will receive feedback from Coach Kris
  • Customized warm up guide
  • Prize for the athlete who makes the most improvement in his/her form over the 8 weeks

The cost of this 8-week program will be $149.

How to Sign Up:

Sign up at the front desk! We will limit this class to the first 12 people who sign up. Participants will be charged upon close of registration on Saturday, August 25th.

What You Need:

Desire to perfect your Olympic lifts, ready to dive in and get intensive feedback on your form, and availability on Sundays at 3:00 pm (Sep 2 – Oct 27).

Registration Deadline:

Registration closes on Saturday, August 25th. Kris will brief each of the attendees with program details in the following week before the start date.

Start Date:

First 90 minute session will be on Sunday, September 2nd at 3:00 pm.
