WOD:

Pick your Poisons.  Complete as many as you can manage, rest as needed:
2′ Max Effort Double Unders

7′ Burpees

100 Double Unders for Time

Row 100m for Time

100 x Burpees for Time

Row 250m for Time

Death by Burpees

50 x Burpees for Time

1/2 Cindy (10 Minutes)
5 x Pull Ups
10 x Push Ups
15 x Air Squats
