Alternate with…
200m Kb or Dumbell 2 handed carry (choose weight)

WOD:

16′ EMOM
Minute 1 = 10 x Burpee Box Over
Minute 2 = 45s Double Unders
Minute 3 = 20 x Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
Minute 4 = Rest

Cool Down:

Spend at least 2 minutes each leg in the Wall Butt Stretch
