Strength/Skill:

Deadlift 5 x 60%, 5 x 70%, 3 x 80%, 3 x 85%, 3+ x 90%
compare to May 16th and just add 5 or 10 lbs.
Alternate with…
5 x 10 Single leg step ups from the bottom of the squat.  Think Pistol.

WOD:

12′ AMRAP
3 x Toes 2 Bar
3 x Deadlifts (50%)
3 x Burpee Over Bar
6 x Toes 2 Bar
6 x Deadlifts (50%)
6 x Burpee Over Bar
9 x Toes 2 Bar
9 x Deadlifts (50%)
9 x Burpee Over Bar
If you finish, start over on the 3 rep sets.

Cool Down:

Roll Posterior Chain
