Strength/Skill:

6 x 100m Sprints (Warm up the calves and hamstrings well beforehand)

This is an all out sprint for pride and power!

WOD:

15′ EMOM

5 x Cleans (50-60%)

5 x Burpees Over Bar

5 x Air Squats (Perfect Form)

Cool Down:

Spend at least 2 minutes stretching/rolling the hamstrings on each leg.
