Strength/Skill:
5 x 3 Pressing Snatch Balance (Light)
Perform this exercise with a light weight that you can control and safely lift throughout the exercise.
Then…
8 x 1 2 Position Power Snatch (50-80%)
You will perform one power snatch from the floor, then without dropping the bar (if possible),
perform a second snatch from the hang above knee.
 
WOD:
16′ EMOM
Minute 1 = 4 x Snatches (60%)
Minute 2 = 30″ Max Effort Burpees
Minute 3 = 30″ Max Effort Kb Swings (53/35)
Minute 4 = Max Effort Double Unders
 
Cool Down:
Spend 3-5 Minutes in the Supine Wall Stretch
