Rx:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
7 x Muscle Ups
50 x Wall Balls
100 x Double Unders
 
Men use 20 lbs ball to 10′ and women use 14 lbs ball to 9′.
 
Scaled:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
50 x Wall Balls
200 x single unders
 
Men use 20 Lbs ball to 9′, women use 10 lbs bal to 9 feet.
 
Cool Down:
Look around in dismay….then,
Roll calves, hamstrings, glutes.
