Five sets of:
Power Clean x 1.1.1
rest 10s between singles
5 x Tall box jumps
rest 1 minute
 
WOD:
Every three minutes for a total of five sets, complete the following:
6 x Power Cleans (use 75%-80% of the weight from your earlier singles)
12 x Hand release Push Ups
Run 200 meters
 
Cool Down:
Spine twists, scorpion stretch and roll your IT bands.
